People and Culture Manager

As part of the People and Culture Team, Cathy's role is to oversee the human resources function of the firm. This includes recruitment, employment, induction, probation, career development, study support, salary reviews, payroll, and separation of employment.
A key focus of her role is developing people focused HR policies reflecting current employment trends including flexible work arrangements and policies that support a positive and strong culture fostering the wellbeing of team members.
