Eligibility of paid leave is determined by years of Service:

Gap Year
For those taking a Gap Year, our 12-month program is the perfect opportunity for High School Graduates to learn and earn with us before embarking on their university studies. This paid role offers the chance to work in our administration or IT departments, helping high school graduates to adapt to the workforce and develop important skills.
Undergraduates
Our Undergraduate program provides a flexible and supportive professional environment for undergraduates studying Accounting or Business to work, earn, and learn. You'll gain practical knowledge and skills in the workplace while also having the opportunity to attend on-campus or remote learning lectures. This program offers the perfect blend of theory and practical experience.
Graduate Program
As a graduate in Accounting, Auditing, or Financial Planning, you'll be encouraged to undertake postgraduate studies. At Forsyths, we're dedicated to supporting you throughout your work/study cycles, and we'll cover your module fees. We want you to thrive and develop your career with us.
Career Development Program
For our current Forsyths employees at mid to senior levels, we offer a career-defining experience through our Career Development Program. A Gap Year role with Forsyths offers a hands-on introduction to a dynamic office environment where you’ll develop confidence, learn from

What you’ll gain and contribute:
- Frontline client experience: Be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional welcome and outstanding service both in person and over the phone.
- Strong office administration skills: Build capability in document preparation, filing, database management, and general office support across a busy team.
- Real business exposure: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, mail, banking, and day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly.
