The Forsyths Foundation announces 2024 Charitable Recipients

The Forsyths Foundation annually donates to charities that offer valuable support or services to the communities that Forsyths serve.

To date, The Forsyths Foundation has donated over $100,000 to local organisations.

We are proud to announce the 2024 deserving recipients:

Major Donation $5,000

Trained volunteers and staff are available to listen, provide support, and refer callers to further mental health or community services as needed.

A core value for their work is treating everyone who seeks assistance with dignity and respect programs and services include emergency relief; food relief information, advice and referral; and the No Interest Loan Scheme.

Inverell - Pathfinders: At the forefront of social change, Pathfinders provides tailored services to disadvantaged groups, including vital foster care and support for Indigenous communities. Our funding aids their diverse programs, from youth education to homeless services, out-of-home care, homelessness services, family referral , supported independent living for young people and tailored services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, and offering youth early education programs and training programs.

Coonabarabran - Breakthru: This group offers comprehensive support to NDIS participants, focusing on employment and daily living skills that foster independence and self-reliance. Support NDIS participants with support for complex needs, school leaver employment supports (SLES), and other capacity-building supports such as finding and keeping a job, improved daily living and more.

By participating, Forsyths team members find personal fulfillment in this initiative to actively contribute to improving the well-being of all community members in regional New South Wales.

It is only a small cost to each individual, but combined with everyone’s contribution, it has the power to make a substantial and positive impact on the communities we live in. You really get to help out those that are in need.

It feels good knowing that the amount I donate goes right back into our community. I take pride in our company’s commitment to making a real difference.”
