Forsyths are proud to sponsor Pedal the Peel Cycling Challenge for our sixth consecutive year. Together with all the generous sponsors, we are continuing to help build awareness, funds, and much needed support for our local charities and not for profit organisations. On Sunday, 8 April 2018 we are hoping to have over 300 cyclists join in the fun and hit the pavement to help make a difference in our community.
The 2018 Pedal the Peel Cycling Challenge is supporting three local charities:
Youth Insearch; who provide an early intervention program for at risk young people aged 12-17.
Billabong Clubhouse; helping adults with mental illness develop their skills so they can lead their best life.
Can Assist; who provide financial assistance, practical support and accommodation to country people in NSW affected by cancer.
All of these charities do such wonderful work for our communities and we are proud to be supporting them with our continued participation in Pedal the Peel.
We are lucky to have such a great team at Forsyths that also volunteer their time to help out on the day with registrations, handing out water and with some of our team members completing the challenge. Pedal the Peel is a great day out for cyclists of all skills and experience, with different courses catering to different needs. Riders can register for either the 15km escorted course, the 25km short course, the 45km medium course or the 100km long course.
Strap on your helmet or come down and socialise at the finish line!
