Receptionist - Coonabarabran, Dubbo & Central NSW

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Receptionist / Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Coonabarabran office. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Key 1

Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key 2

Provide administrative support to the Coonabarabran team.

Key 3

Maintain a well-presented and organised reception area.

Key 4

Prepare documents, manage correspondence and maintain records.

Key 5

Assist with office coordination, supplies and general administration tasks.

Key 6

Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
