Advanced Technology
Part of our ongoing growth strategy is the improvement of all aspects of our organisation, including information technology. It is vital that out IT infrastructure is maintained due to our geographic diversity, so we have a small team who are specialists in this area.
Reward and recognition systems
We offer incentives for the introduction of new clients and staff to the firm. We have quarterly recognition of those staff who go 'above and beyond' the requirements of their role, recognition of loyalty to the firm through service awards and a culture of acknowledgment and reward.
Remuneration
All staff are remunerated based on market relativities which are researched and benchmarked regularly against industry leaders. Increases are on an annual basis and are based on not only market data but also COB increases, study and exam results (where applicable) and the results of performance reviews.
